1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with a broken seal or tampered packaging
- Gift cards
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, consumable items, including supplements and vitamins, ca
nnot be returned.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mywildape.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2.2 Exclusions
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any applicable taxes or duties on international orders are also non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return as outlined in section 1 and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
